SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

 

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days. Orders are not packed, posted or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and there is a delay we will contact you via email or telephone. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been dispatched. Once in the postal system it may not yet be ‘on the road’ until the following day adding to the transit time.

 

You may receive your order within as little as 2 - 5 business days but rural / regional destinations will take longer. Please remember this is outside our control, and Tia & Rose cannot guarantee exact shipping windows.

 

Once the order is dispatched ownership transfers to the customer. If you work part / full time consider having the order delievered to you at your work address. While it may seem unlikely, letters and parcels do get stolen; Tia and Rose cannot and does not accept responsibility or any liability to replace lost or stolen items. We cannot guarantee the postie puts your package into the right letterbox at units, isn’t stolen from your letterbox etc. Problems are uncommon, but if you are not prepared to take the risk, please opt for delivery to where you work.

 

DELIVERY TIMES – INTERNATIONAL

 

Tia & Rose cannot guarantee exact shipping windows. Transit times vary enormously depending on the distance to the country of destination, the length of time it takes for your parcel to pass through customs, the delivery systems within your country etc. It could take up to 15 or more business days (not including weekends), especially during peak times like December. Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Tia & Rose is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number is not immediately active but will be within 24 hours.

PAYPAL PAYMENTS

Paypal payments are only being accepted on the basis that the customer’s Paypal address MATCHES the address the parcel is to go to.
